How to get a six pack
How I did it: I trained.
A LOT.
But I didn't do a lot of sit-ups and stuff like that. I trained loads of different things. I did aerobics, and working out, and jogging, and yoga, and spinning. Scheduled about six trainingthings every week and fulfilled them happily.
And then it like, happended, and I realized I'd once made it a goal at this page.
Lessons & tips: Keep a training diary, where you write down every time you've trained. I think it's a really good way to motivate oneself, and to make the progress visible.
Train because it's fun! It's what I've always done. Training is something that i associate with pleasure, of course it can be tough sometimes, but the wonderful feeling afterwards...
Resources: Training diary, I used www.piggelino.se , but that's in swedish. I'm sure there are loads of free ones in english too.
