How I did it: I stopped caring what other people thought of me and gained my reinforcement from intrinsic variables. I decided to do things that were good for me and healthy for me, just for me! I think being pregnant helps because there is such an internal drive to be good to myself. I know that I may have to catch myself in the future. I am better prepared to focus on my own life and less on other peoples perceptions (usually inaccurate anyway)!
