How I did it: Started distance learning MA in Translation Studies at the University of Portsmouth.
In parallel found clients on proz.com plus scouting ont the web and contacting clients directly by email
Spent all my savings (5K) and had to borrow 1K for my bfriend - to be paid back soon!
