How to wake up when my alarm clock goes off

How I did it: Perhaps this is cheating, but basically, I now set my alarm clock to the last possible moment for me to get up (i.e. if I hit snooze and wake up any later, I will be horribly late). I used to set it to give myself enough time to enjoy my morning. Don't do that. Just set it for the last moment you really have to get up.
Also, the other thing is, I used to believe sleep was good. I still think it is, but I try not to think of it that way. I try to tell myself that whatever I need to get up to do is more important than sleep.
