How to become a morning person.
"never again will i wake up at noon!"
How I did it: i set my alarm clock for the weekends, instead of relying on my body clock to wake me up. at first i set it for 10:30, then it gradually went down to 8:15. waking up earlier makes the day so much more fulfilling, and i get so much more done :)
Lessons & tips: wake up five minutes earlier every few days
