How I did it: I started with the book, Dream It, List It, Do It from chapter 43. There were over 100 things in it that i can honestly say make me happy. My goal now is to add at least 20 things in my own words. It got me to look for things i like instead of looking for things that aggrevate me. lol I am happier today
