How to become fearless
How I did it: I put down three years, but who knows? As a child, I had a lot of fears. Many of those are ones we naturally outgrow, but some were quite unnatural. In the end, I just decided to get rid of fear; certainly, as far back as being a teenager.
I really just challenged myself to confront any fear I had, just challenge it and break through it. It became habitual, and I got to see how easily people imprison themselves with cockamamie fears and neuroses that have little or no basis.
For example, I rarely lock the doors to my truck. I really don't keep anything of value in there anyway, and the expense and grief of replacing a broken window actually costs MORE.
Lessons & tips: When confronted by an overprotective, nervous nanny society...just breathe. Then I do what I like anyway. Let those nervous ninnies waste their lives away, it's not for me!! LOL
Resources: God!! :c)
