Great job!
I should see how i can cut down on my bills too!
How I did it: First I listed all my fixed expenses like telephone, internet, sat TV/Cable, cellphone. The I cut out or reduced any plans that I could. For example, my telephone bill was $65 using the Verizon Freedom Plan. I realized that I didn't make as many phone calls out of state or international, so I reduced that plan down to the bare min. Now I pay $15 a month. My internet is provided through my cable service, so I stripped out my cable package and got internet only. That reduced my cable bill to $50 from $90. I just disconnected DirectTV altogether which took me to $0 from $80. I then changed my cell plan to Tmobile's My Favs. This allows you to add 5 most frequently called numbers to you Favs list which gives you unlimited mins with them. Doing this for my most called friends and family members dropped my cell bill to $40 from $90.
So just looking at my fixed expenses alone, I went from spending $325 to $105.
