How to learn to cook healthy meals
How I did it:
This was one of the most enjoyable goals I ever completed. I did a little research on foods in general and decided that it's time to learn how to cook a real soup instead of an instant one. Just think about all the things you can eat instead a hamburger or pasta with rich souse and meatballs.
Lessons & tips:
- Learn about food.
- Avoid fried foods.
- Try different recipes until you find what suits your taste.
