How to lose 10 lbs
How I did it: I cut out soda from my diet completely, and only drank fruit juices and water. I walked the mile and a half to work, rain/snow or shine (unless it was nasty out there) as often as I could. I didn't have to add any other exercise regiment, or healthy diet- those two things did the trick! I'm 15 lbs lighter then I was a year and a half ago!
Lessons & tips: Stick to your guns! It may not always be the most fun thing to do, but the end result will make you feel so much better about yourself.
