How to do Artist's Way
"It got my creativity flowing like never before."
How I did it: There's a book called The Artist's Way by Julie Cameron. It's a 12 week program to become more in tune with yourself and letting your creativity flow. There are weekly "Artist Dates" (two hours taken out of each week for something that you enjoy- alone), and "Morning Pages" (or daily journaling), tasks to complete, exercises that seek to realize and heal the wounds of the artist.
Lessons & tips: Don't try to do all the tasks- stick with the ones that appeal to you, or you strongly oppose.
