How to whiten my teeth

How I did it: With PlusWhite and mouth guards. I just rubbed the plus white all over my teeth and then inserted the mouth guards. I let them sit like that for 10-15 minutes everyday. Sometimes I did that twice a day. I was very satisfied with the results.
Lessons & tips: It's pretty simple. I'm not sure that people really need my tips, hehe.
