How to complete a triathalon

How I did it: I found a basic plan online and stuck too it. I also had a training partner that helped keep me committed. I foudn a local club in my area to learn what the first step was. A year out I started going to swim clinic's because that is my weakest. I also went biking with friends on weekly rides. I live near many trails which helped keep my mind off the clock and more about my footing. I love running on the trails because it keeps your mind active.
Lessons & tips: Get a good pair of shoes that fit right. My shoes were a too small for trail running.
