How to quit complaining
"Don't sweat the small stuff"
How I did it: A complaint free world bracelet helped as it was a visual aid of the goal i had set for myself. It meant learning to slow down my thought process and figure if what I am really complaining about is worth pushing up my blood pressure and getting a tension headache over.
Lessons & tips: Learnt to figure out my slowing down my thought process if i am really complaining about the incident or is my need to complain about something else. Learnt that actually a lot of things that I complained about cannot be changed so i just have to change my perception towards it and what can be changed just change it. I am happier and calmer which is good for me and my health.
