Learning to love me and this body, this takes work but i am so glad i did it, lots of self help books, looking at body in the mirror and not concentrating on the 'bad bits' but celebrating the bits I love and after a while I stop noticing the 'bad bits'. The realisation that despite my body so called faults that my body has looked after me and that I was being ungrateful. I am a child of the universe and perfect in my imperfection and this makes me happy. I am so glad to be free of all this angst which has been passed from mother to daughter. I am no longer hept up with my body, i just want it to be healthy and that means taking care of it by eating right, exercising and meditating.
Lessons & tips: Counselling. Self help books. Focusing on the parts of your body that you love and go from there. Pamper days, spa and telling yourself that you love this body everyday.
