How to walk - everyday, no excuses, for atleast an hour
How I did it: Trainers at the door. Gym clothes laid out right were I would see them as soon as I woke up and I put the alarm clock next to the clothes so I have to get up and turn the clock off, which means once I'm up might as well get dressed and go. Roped my next door neighbour to go with me and this helps, as she'd ring me and i'd ring her if we were late which is a great motivator. Helped strength my legs and weight loss was a bonus.
Lessons & tips: Much calmer throughout the day. Got more done. Worked out a lot of my assignments in my head and found it great for creative writing, amazing how much stuff comes to the mind. Change routes so boredom does not take hold. Add hand weights, this takes the pace up a little and in time at leg weights.
