How to master Runic Yoga

How I did it: I followed the instructions of SA Kummer and did the 13 Rune positions following the sequence Isa, Kenaz, Manaz, Uruz, Cross, Naudiz, Ehwaz, Sowilo, Tiwaz, Laguz, Othelo, Fehu, Hagalaz. I did each rune for two weeks before continuing to the next rune. With each rune I practiced its posture, hand mundra, sound and galdr song.
Lessons & tips: Stick to the process until the end. Do not judge the process before you hve not completed the whole sequence.
It feels sometimes stupid to stand and make strange noices...but it is very much needed.
