How I did it: I was at the fitness club and decided to do a 10 k again.
I started running and including warm up and all, I finished with the time 51:51. I was really happy with my time! Then I realized that my first 5 km had been in 27:30, and thus that I had run the next 5 in less than 25 minutes!!!! Yeah!! :-)
Totally unexpected and a great way to start the weekend!!
