How I did it: Listed all the things that needed to be done before inlaws came 2/1/10.  I added and subtracted as things came up.  So that really helped.  

I am a flybaby as well so on my local group I suggested a game when we had 15 weekdays left in Jan.  So we had 5 people playing and each person called a number the day before.  Each person had a list.  It was extremely helpful to everyone.  Not every day was perfect, some things we needed to move around and we needed to move the list around too occasionally.  But everyone did more than they would have gotten on their own.  

So we are doing it again for Feb.  20 things this time.
