How I did it: I followed the instructions on the committ box and then only used a committ when I had a bad ccraving. The cravings get less and less bad until I forgot I was a smoker. I stayed away from smokers for a while.
Lessons & tips: With tools such as nicorette, committ, sunflower sseeds, mints, suckers for the hand to mouth and stay away from smokers for a time period.
