How to tap Aaron with a triangle
It made me

"During a 15 minute sparring session I caught him in a triangle choke and he submitted."
How I did it: To be fair, it was a fairly light sparring session, but consider that, Aaron can normally escape my triangle attempts. This time I caught it a little deeper than usual and was able to submit him.
His giant shoulders and erotic/muscular physique have meant I have a hard time keeping him in my guard after I start a triangle. He normally escapes to side control, though today he rolled me onto mount, and then onto my back again trying to escape.
Lessons & tips: The success of this was partially luck and partially determination. Every time we play around I always fake the triangle, mostly because Aaron knows he has a good defence. I think that was where I was successful tonight - Aaron is used to triangles not threatening him, and I was able to lull him into deeper waters before he started to fear the hold.
