How to quit Smoking
"I quit smoking, didn't hurt anyone, and didn't gain a ton of weight."
How I did it: I did some research and found three tips that helped a lot.
1) set a date
2) take a multi vitamin.. I like one a days adult gummy vitamins. .. :)
3) keep your blood sugar as level as possible
Lessons & tips: I just kept reminding myself that I am strong enough to do this. Oh and a couple of organic cookies when all else failed. :)
I also avoided going to the smoking area at work.
Resources: I also prayed and ask for God's help. I just basically went on the net and read everything I could.
