How to drink more water
"Food Diary"
How I did it: At the advice of my trainer, kept a food diary of what I consumed. Realised even though I'd fill up at the water cooler a couple of times during the work day, it was still less than the 2 litres recommended.
But this is a self rewarding goal, I feel bad on the days I don't have enough, which in turn now inspires me to drink more.
