How to achieve 10 more things - which makes 20 so far - that nag & eat away at me so I can be free of them & feel smugly pleased instead. :)

How I did it:
- Add things to the list as I realise they're starting to get to me.
- Review the list regularly
- Just having things listed frees up space in my head and removes the pressure. Once they've made it on to the list, I know their turn will come more quickly than it might have done otherwise.
