How to lose 10 pounds
"I exercised more and ate healthier, giving up caffeine and I feel fantastic!!"
How I did it: I was fed up with how I felt so I decided to give up caffeine and eat less sugary foods. I became more active but I did it with things I was having fun doing. I just couldn't get myself to do the things that I found boring. There are fun active things out there. You just have to find what you like. And just losing even a few pounds, makes you feel so good that you WANT to do more!
