Fattah recipe please!
I don’t know what this is, but tell me! I will make it and let you know how it tastes to me. I’ll try making the hummus as you recommend above.
How I did it: I followed a recipe in the Moosewood Cookbook, varying it a little based on what I had on hand. It came out beautifully, very tasty, and I plan to not buy hummus again because making my own is so easy.
Lessons & tips: I'm no pro, but I put in extra garlic and cayenne pepper because I like mine spicy. I'm trying different things each time I make it. Roasted chilis and tepary bean hummus sounds promising.
Resources: Moosewood Cookbook provided the recipe, Trader Joe's provided the ingredients except the tahini, and Sunflower Market had the tahini.
