How to make homemade cheese by jane76552000

"Easy and delicious!"

How I did it: Bought a gallon of milk and Ricki's Cheese Making kit and followed the directions. It's really really easy. I also watched the video of the Austin Homebrew Supply.

Lessons & tips: Read a few things first, get a kit, and make sure your milk is not ultra-pasteurized.
