How to live alone

How I did it: Gave my previous landlord and roomie a one month warning and set out on the search. After a month I still couldn't find a place, so I crashed in my boyfriend and his roommate's house. It was really difficult. After getting turned down about 15 times I finally got a one bedroom apartment. It was more than I wanted to spend, but SO worth it.
