How I did it: Actually I took over my grandmas place so i wasn't that much work in trying to get a place. But the last time someone updated this place was in the 60's so it's been a lot of hard work. Been doing everything from tearing down walls to paint every surface. There's alot left to do, but i'm getting there :D

Lessons & tips: Start today to save money, either if you're thinking of renting or buying it's always smart to have a little to start with
Look around, don't just take the first place that comes along
