How to swear less by Kat

How I did it: I told my friends that I wanted to do this and asked for them to point out whenever I swore around them. After a day or two, I just found that I was automatically choosing my words more carefully around them.

Lessons & tips: Just stop for a split second before speaking and really consider what it is you are about to say. Will swear words really make the other person understand your point more? If not, leave them out.

I usually find that I really don’t care that much about how articulate I sound when I’m surrounded by those motherfuckers. ;-)
