I had fun with my goal as well.
How I did it: I did my Wii Fit in the morning when I first got up. Some days I only did 10 minutes of Yoga, but other days I did an hour of various exercises, including jogging. I lost a little weight, but the main benefit is that I feel fitter, and better. I'm going to keep it up!
