How to stop drinking diet Coke
It made me 
"Cold Turkey"
How I did it: I have weak enamel and sensitive teeth. I went to a tooth cleaning and it hurt, and my dentist told me I needed to quit soda, among other things. I quit, because I don't want to lose my teeth!
Lessons & tips: I seriously think this stuff is addictive like crack, so I'd say quit cold turkey.
