How to give blood by Rita G

"I actually put asside my selfish side and gave blood. It takes a little bit of your time but it means a lifetime to someone in need. I felt relieved all day :)"

How I did it: I went to the Local Blood Center, filled up some burocratical forms , got tested for hemoglobine levels and after medical aprovement a kind nurse took about 500 ml of my blood.

Lessons & tips: Have a healthy and confort breakfast (avoid coffee or tea) drink plenty of liquids and .... relax :)
