How to run 10k
"I became a 4-7 mile per day runner!"
How I did it: I started running again after a bad breakup in the winter of my sophomore year (college). It was wonderful-- I started at only 20 minutes per day on the elliptical machine in january, and by march I was running 4-7 miles a day outside with one of my best friends. It is refreshing and clears my head. I have since stopped running due to plantar fasciitis but hope to restore myself (also, foolproof way to lose weight. Just sayin'.)
Lessons & tips: Start slow and keep at it.
