How to sleep less
"Not missing out on the World."
How I did it: When I got my new job I had time to do other things. I started thinking, I have all this time and I do not want to waste it by sleeping. I made a list of things I want to accomplish and finish or due in life.
Lessons & tips: Make a list of things you need to do weekly and do one everyday.
Resources: Join a gym, it will take time so no more sleeping
