How to run faster
How I did it: Let me first say that most of my life,I was pretty fast.However by doing this,I became even faster!Here's exactly what I did...
Everyday,I went outside and ran for fun,not because I had to.Everytime I ran,I forgot about EVERYTHING else.Let's begin with my form.I tested my stride length and how much each stride length effected my timing.Figure out what stride is not to big or to small for you.Once you find out which is best,memorize the feeling so you will have that everytime,then move on.
This part goes for everyone.If you are trying to improve your long distance running,you may just move your arms any way you feel comfortable with as you run.However,if you are trying to improve your actual top speed,be sure your arms are up higher.
This is the most important part of all if your trying to improving your top speed.Be sure each step you take while running is as quick as possible.Once you've got all this covered,your good.
Lessons & tips: I've always done this around dusk because that's when I'm most energetic.
Resources: Uhhh...stopwatch.
