How I did it: I was at a festival and got a Thai massage in a tent. Thai massage is like passive yoga - you lie there and get bent into all kinds of shapes. It turned out the massage therapist lived in my home town and now visits my house. Nice.
Lessons & tips: Find the kind of massage that suits you best. It transpired that I was allergic to massage oil so Thai-style is my favourite.
