How to lose 40 pounds
How I did it: The time this took is difficult to gauge because there was a very long lull in my efforts between the first 20 and the last. Each 20lb loss was lost with different methods...
I owe the first 20lbs to just reducing my junk/processed food eating, and exercising here and there. I let go of pop, the vending machine and bagels. I tried to decrease empty calories and reduce how much white flour carbs I ate.
Then there was a majorly frustrating plateau...
Then I started to research about the raw food diet and I have been shedding pounds ever since. I read "The Raw Food Detox Diet" by Natalia Rose and I've felt amazing ever since.
Lessons & tips: Eat more raw fruits and veggies and stay away from fake sugars like Splenda and diet foods like fat free sugar free items and diet pop.
