How to come up with 43 things I want to do
"This took forever...."
How I did it: It really shouldn't have taken this long to get to here, and I really need one more: gain 5 lbs, which I'll put on after I post this. ('Cause this goal counts as one of the 43.) I just never quite got around to putting my mind to creating goals. Finally, I just sat down and rattled them off. I figure I can always change them.
Lessons & tips: Just sit down and brainstorm.
Resources: Getting Things Done by David Allen gave me the final push, reading it gave me a better concept of what a goal is. Journaling also helps for generating ideas.
