How I did it: I had been looking on those job ad listing websites for ages, and wasn't having  much luck, so in total desperation, I typed in "Association + my city" into google and started looking up all of the different places nearby. Most websites have a current job postings section, and that's how I found the job ad. I applied in October and got a call for an interview in January. It took a while, but I got it!
