How I did it: too many people worry about what others think of themselves. i am guilty of that. i fear being embarrassed.
however, i love to laugh. therefore i try to face that fear by incorporating something i enjoy.
Lessons & tips: always be willing to laugh at yourself.
avoid being the clown at someone else's expense.
never humiliate another. be aware that there are times for foolishness and times where foolish behavior is harmful or detrimental
