How I did it: I decided aaages ago I wanted to be part of the Glasgow Craft Mafia, but it felt like a huge step and I was worried they'd say no or I wasn't good enough to join. Then a couple of months ago I just thought what the hell and applied to join! Its taken a while to hear back because applications have only just opened in the last couple of weeks, but yay!! they said yes!! It was as simple as filling in a form and then just waiting til they said yay or nay.

Lessons & tips: Take your time filling in the form (available on their website) and think about what you want to say. I asked a friend for some ideas too.
