How to save at least $3000 by graduation
"A little room to breathe after school with moving costs and the possibility of still needing to find some work. "
How I did it: Saved where I could, put money into savings ASAP rather than letting it sit around in my checking account just begging to be spent. We eat a lot of meals together, and get free meals on campus whenever possible. Have been trying to eat out less, but that's broken down a little in the past few weeks. We still haven't been to McDonald's though!
It really helped that I got the money for tuition back in January, or I'd be still saving up right now.
