How I did it: Well, it was as simple as just signing up for a class! I am currently at University, and they offer a bunch of different kinds of work out classes. They had a beginning yoga class, so I knew that I should sign up for it. There were 3 different instructors. 2 of them worked together on Monday while the 3rd one taught on Wednesday. I liked the styel we did on Monday a lot more than the kind we did on Wednesday. If you take a yoga class & you find it's not for you, try taking a different style...there are so many, so chances are there might be one the suits you! If not, there are plenty of other ways to exercise & stay in shape!
Lessons & tips: Look at your local Rec center or gym to see if they offer yoga classes. If they do, don't wait! Go sign yourself up now!
