That sounds amazing and my mum and dad have all ready divorced so I know the experience when my mum and dad have separated :D
How to get in shape
How I did it: I was always an in shape guy until I hit about 23 years of age, moved out, started drinking all the time, and started dating someone that caused me to feel lazy. I ended up marrying this girl and towards the end I had ballooned up from 135lbs my senior year in high school to almost 205lbs at 26 years old. When I found out I was getting divorced, I was so stressed that I immediately dropped about 15 - 20lbs within a month. People started noticing though and I started getting positive feedback so I decided to run with it. I started exercising like crazy, eating right, and it just became a mission. I dropped down to a rock solid 140lbs with 10% body fat and have kept it consistent for over 8 months now. The best part was what it did for my mental state of mind - going through a divorce is never easy and it can easily depress you. Exercising and eating properly just made me feel so much better about myself! Now, over a year later, I'm still addicted and I'm constantly trying to better myself!
Lessons & tips: Do what works for you! Are you a calorie counter? A no sugar/fat person? Find your niche!
