How I did it: I had some cookies in the house and I was reading through my list and saw this goal on there so I decided to do it so I could tick it off.

I poured myself a glass of milk and I dipped the cookies into the milk then ate them. NOTHING! Then I tried eating a cookie first and then having a drink of milk. NOTHING! Then I tried eating a bit of cookie then having some milk before I swallowed. NOTHING! Overall...NOTHING! I did not see what was so special about this. I love milk on it's own and I love cookies on their own...but together they are no more special than on their own! Did I miss something?
