How to get a teaching position

very happy!

How I did it: Graduated with straight A's, substitute taught in a classroom and asked those teachers for recommendation letters. Made the director of the department aware of me (in a good way!)
Lessons & tips: Get your foot in the door: substitute teaching is an excellent way. Also, look into doing special education. School districts ALWAYS need help here.
