How to lose 5 pounds
How I did it: I searched the best activity for me. I wish to play volley, however I never found enough people for that =(, so I entered in a gym and started to go at least 3 times per week. The exercises left me less hungry! For example, I used to eat a Big Mac, but now I can't eat it all. I just eat about 3 quarters with much effort. And the best is, I simply don't want to eat fast food anymore. If I like? Of course! But I don't wish as before. Summarizing, this set of work-outs and self conciousness that I must eat better made me loss weight and, mainly, feel much more willing and happy. =)
Lessons & tips: - Find an activity that suits better for you! Gym, sports, biking, running, yoga, whatever. Just do something for you;
- Think if you are hungry or gourmand;
- Eat 3 on 3 hours. It makes you eat less, instead of make a huge meal;
- Put in your mind that you really want to do this;
- Don't give up.
