How to bring down my cholesterol level
"exercise and diet....no other way to do it, folks!"
How I did it: I exercised daily (during the summer: 8 mile bike ride 5x a week, winter: hour long hikes through the snow 3x a week) and proper diet. I also added a lot more fiber/vegetables in my diet.
Lessons & tips: Eat an hour before exercising. If I waited to eat after I exercised I was ravenous and always over did it.
