How to get my migraine headaches under control
"migraines can be caused by changes in the weather"
How I did it: After much pain and suffering which I thought were sinus headaches, I decided to try my sister's idea and try my migraine pills.
It worked!!!
What a relief! Within the hour I was feeling back to normal. I then read that half of all sinus sufferers actually have migraines due to the weather changes, or more specifically, changes in the barometric pressure.
I was telling everyone I knew about this revelation - friends, the mailman, people in line, strangers.
Lessons & tips: The trick is to catch it at the beginning of the headache
I often get headaches in the middle of the night so by the time I wake up the migraine is beyond the point of medication.
Resources:
I'm taking MaxAlt MLT - they melt in your mouth 9and don't taste like M&Ms) so you don't need water to take them. Makes it easy to take anywhere.
See your doctor.
